Folding cartons run on SBS (solid bleached sulfate) paperboard, typically 14–24 pt, chosen by product weight — lighter for cosmetics and supplements, heavier for boxed food or hardware. SBS gives a bright white print surface; kraft (CCNB/CUK) board offers an eco look. Glued seams and scored folds let the carton ship flat and lock square on assembly. Finishes include gloss/matte/soft-touch lamination, foil, embossing, and spot UV.
