Shipping Guide

Custom Box Printing produces and ships every order from our facility in Cheshire, Connecticut. Standard shipping is free anywhere in the contiguous United States, delivered door-to-door through trusted national carriers. Because we print in the US, you skip overseas lead times, customs delays, and surprise freight charges — the price we quote is the price you pay.

How turnaround works. Your turnaround clock starts when you approve your dieline and final artwork. From there, our team prints your order, and every box passes a quality inspection before it's packed and shipped to the address you provide. Approving your proof promptly keeps the timeline on track.

Note: Delays in approving your dieline or artwork — or in responding to our emails and calls — will push back your ship date.

Standard production is 7–10 business days from artwork approval. If you're on a tighter deadline, a Rush Order (typically 3–5 business days) is available for an additional fee. Tell us your in-hands date when you request a quote and we'll confirm whether standard or rush fits.

Every order is inspected before it ships, so the quality and quantity you receive match exactly what you ordered — no compromises.
