We make custom folders on the same offset press as our packaging, so the cover photography and brand color are press-accurate and consistent with everything else you hand over. Custom pocket configurations, business-card slits, and die-cut shapes are all available with no separate die charge. Runs start at 100 with no setup fees. Free design support builds the dieline, and a free 3D mockup shows the assembled folder before print.

Materials, print, and finish options

Folders run on 100lb cover or 14–16pt C2S cover stock so pockets stay rigid and hold inserts without sagging. Add single or double pockets, capacity (expanding) gussets for thick packets, business-card slits, and reinforced edges. Soft-touch lamination gives an executive matte feel and protects against scuffing in a bag; foil, embossing, and spot UV elevate the logo on the cover. CMYK printing with optional Pantone matching at no extra cost keeps the folder on-brand with your other collateral.
