Frequently Asked Questions
Everything US brands ask us before ordering custom packaging — pricing, minimums, materials, design, and shipping. Don't see your question? Request a free quote or call (855) 792-3890 and we'll answer it.
Ordering & Pricing
No. We have no minimum order quantity — runs start at just 100 units, so you can test a new product or a redesign without committing to thousands of boxes. Per-unit pricing improves as your volume grows into the thousands and tens of thousands.
Pricing is calculated from your exact specs, not a flat rate. The biggest factors are quantity, box style and structure, material and thickness, size, print coverage, and finishes like lamination, foil, or spot UV. Larger runs lower the per-unit cost. The fastest way to a real number is to request a free quote.
No. There are no setup, plate, or die charges — even for a fully custom dieline. You pay for the boxes, not the tooling, which keeps short runs affordable.
Yes. A physical sample is $50, and the full $50 is credited back to your production order when you proceed — so it's never a sunk cost, just a way to confirm color, finish, and fit before you commit. Every quote also includes a free 3D digital mockup.
Use the Get a Free Quote form, call us toll free, or email us. A US-based packaging specialist replies within one business day with pricing, lead times, and material recommendations. There's no obligation.
Design, Artwork & Proofing
Yes — free in-house design and dieline support is included with every order. Send finished artwork and we'll prepress it and build the dieline; send a rough idea or your product dimensions and we'll build the dieline from scratch to fit.
Always. We send a free 3D digital mockup so you can confirm the structure, proportions, and finish before production starts. Nothing goes to press until you approve it.
Print-ready vector files (AI, PDF, EPS) are ideal, and high-resolution raster files work for imagery. If you don't have print-ready files, our designers will prepare everything for you — just send what you have.
Yes. We print full-color CMYK as standard and offer Pantone (PMS) spot matching at no extra cost, so brand-critical colors stay consistent across every SKU and every reorder.
