Materials, print, and finish options

The core is rigid grayboard, generally 1.2–3 mm thick, which is why these boxes don't fold flat or dent under shelf pressure. The outer wrap is a printed litho sheet laminated to the board, giving a smooth canvas for soft-touch, foil, embossing, and spot UV. Heavier board supports magnetic closures and dense inserts; lighter board keeps cost and weight down for smaller gift formats.
